Getting out of the "wells" or pits is easy! In the well, you push up on the joystick to rase E.T.'s neck and rise up. AS SOON as you're out of the well and on the overhead screen, STOP pressing up and press in ANY OTHER direction to move off of the well opening.

The reason why the original game had the phone pieces in random locations was to make the game replayable since the pieces would not always be in the same place. I do however like your idea that there is a map to tell you where the pieces are.

Congrats, you improved upon a game with 40+ years in advanced technology that wasn't possible in it's day.

1:13-1:20 I have a few notes on Mewtwo. Mewtwo should float instead of running. And maybe he should have blue eyes or purple eyes instead of the bright orange. To set him apart from the others. Maybe he could even teleport occasionally too, and the location being completely random so you never know when he’s gonna show up. (Mewtwo’s my favorite Pokémon, Soo I really want him to be given the respect he deserves as a legendary Pokémon)

what a great idea... but i would love a game developer try to remake to game but using the limits of atari coding. Reason the game was so bad was because the maker had to rush to make the xmas deadline. I wonder if someone could make a better e.t. arari game that didn't have to rush. In other words.... 'what if...it had been different'

I've always wanted to see a Marvel VS DC game! & for a game made by one guy, it's very impressive! Just please update the game one day, I'd love to see new characters, arenas & maybe even single player modes (specifically an Arcade Mode & Story Mode), I'd also recommend patching up the game a bit to make it less laggy
